    You're not getting any beeps?

If you're using the power supply that came with your case, that's could be a problem.

Yeah, not many power supplies that come with cases could power your hardware. YOu need moh powah. Atleast a 400watt name brand power supply. Antec, sparkle, fortron, thermaltake, enermax, ultra. The thing is not has many watts it puts out, is how many amps the power supply puts out

Take the gfx card out, assuming you have an on board one. Take the ram out to just one stick. Basically minimise the components and see if it boots up then.

If it does, then it either means you have faulty hardware, or not enough power.

yeah it says that, but that's just a REAL rough guide. Like they say Far Cry runs on a below one ghz processor - my ass.

What brand of PSU is it?

The 3.3V, 5V, and 12V rails look fine from the info I was able to dig up.

That's a recent guide on some basic motherboard troubleshooting. What you want to do is take the motherboard out of the case and lay it on a flat, non-conductive surface...like the box your motherboard came in. Use the minimal amount of components you need: the CPU and CPU heatsink, motherboard, 1 stick of RAM, and the video card. Make sure you've hooked up all power connectors on the motherboard and the video card (if there is one on that). Go with the guide above and this basic configuration and take it from there.

Try testing the mobo on a non-conductive place like the mobo box.
    Edit: Sorry about repeat post
