    Hey Everyone,

I am putting together a new pc rig and looking on some clarification regarding OCZ DDR3 and AM3 AMD Processors.

I have purchased a AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition 3.1GHz processor and ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO motherboard.

could someone confirm whether any of the DDR3 modules below are compatible??

    OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) DDR3 1333Mhz/PC3-10666 Gold Memory CL9(9-9-9-26) 1.6 V Unbuffered - Ebuyer

    or

    OCZ 3GB (3x1GB) DDR3 1333MHz Platinum XTC Memory Kit CL7 1.65V - Ebuyer

the memory voltage is what is confusing my judgement

any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

i would get the 2GB set. your Motherboard has "Dual Channel memory architecture", which means it likes memory in sets of 2. also, ASUS has a list of supported ram on the page for you Motherboard
