You don't need a driver CD for a router, connect your computer to the router and you can usually access the control panel by going to http://192.168.0.1 (this link is internal only for you). Then you enter admin username and password.
If you haven't changed your password, then the account details will be on the bottom of the router, as well as the appropriate ip addres if 192.168.0.1 isn't the correct one. If you've changed your password and can't remember it then you will have to reset it to factory default settings using a button on the router itself.
