Okay, so hotmail used to let u block addresses, but that option doesn't show up anymore in the top little option panel. I keep getting some stupid ads about stocks that don't have an unsubscribe link anywhere. So first of all, why the hell does hotmail not allow me to block addresses anymore, and why is this not a standard feature in all online mail services? My netscape.net mail acct doesn't have a block feature either. I just want to understand why. And secondly, how can I block those assholes, other than increasing my spam filter setting? I really really really don't like raising the spam filter level because I know it filters things that are not spam quite frequently actually, and things in the spam folder get automatically deleted after like a day too. So I could miss something important. Thanks for reading and hopefully responding.
I cant access hotmail from my computer but yahoo. In yahoo, if I go into options, I can set a filter if I dont want any mail in its filter section. I think it might be the same in hotmail as well.
