    i think, it will probably be ok, but with that setup it may be advisable to get a bl**dy good 600W PSU, just to be sure your PSU is not underpowered

    Why are you using PC2700 DDR? Wouldn't it make sense to use full speed PC3200?

    Ultra PSU's aren't great, look for something from Antec, Enermax or Tagan, they do relatively inexpensive units that'll hold up a lot better than that Ultra.

    Well I'm not able to put my 1 gig (2x512mb's) of memory to pc3200 because I have 1 stick of 2700 and one of 3200. So it has to run the slower speed RAM.
