How do you create a little image...

    ...in the address bar?

    I noticed HF's logo change, its now a yellow and blue square with a V in the address bar.

    How do you create/add one for a site?

    we have a blue and white logo in the address bar, more info @ http://www.favicon.com/ thats all you need to know :)
