Looking at having a budget gaming desktop built. I'm pretty much clueless, so any pointers would be appreciated.

    Specs:
Case - Antec Sonata IV Midi-Tower Case - 620W PSU

    Motherboard - Intel DH67CL B3 Motherboard - OEM
    LGA1155, H67 (B3 Stepping), 4xDDR3-1333, 1xPCI-Ex16 v2.0, 2xSATA-III, 3xSATA-II, 1xeSATA-II, RAID, 1xGigLAN, 8Chl-HD, DVI, HDMI, USB3.0, ATX

    CPU - Core i3 2130 Dual Core CPU (3.4GHz, 850-1100MHz GPU) - LGA1155, 1333MHz, 5.0 GT/s DMI, HTT, 3MB Cache, 32nm, 65W

    Memory - 8GB (2 x 4GB) PC3-12800 1600MHz DDR3 RAM

    Hard Drive - 500GB 7200rpm Serial ATA-III-6Gb/s HDD

    Video Card - Inno3D GeForce GTX550 Ti - 1GB GDDR5 - (920MHz, 4100MHz)
    192-bit, 2xDVI, 1xMini-HDMI, PCI-Ex16 v2.0, Fansink - V2 Edition

    OS - Microsoft Windows 7 - Home Premium - 64-Bit

I'm not looking for the best of the best, obviously, but I want to be able to run games like Skyrim on medium - high settings. Anything that I needs upgrading?

May I suggest that you upgrade your processor to an i5 2500. Its pretty much the go to processor for budget builds!
