How important is dot pitch?

Ditto, what other factors that contribute to the overall image quality on a CRT. I looked at some .20 dot pitch CRT's and they seem pretty good to me but would I really notice the difference between a .25 and .20mm dot pitch monitor? Any major things to concider or advice on what to buy. Thanks everyone.
Edit: Also, what do they mean by bandwidth, is higher better? Probably a dumb quesiton but I want to look at the whole pictue here. Thanks again.

Yes, you most certainly would notice the difference between a .20 and a .25 DPI monitor. Lower dot-pitch is better, as dot pitch is the space between pixels. The bigger the space, the more dull/fuzzy/dim the image looks. In addition, usually lower DPI coinsides with higher non-interlaced resolutions. If by bandwidth you mean refresh rates, yes that's important too. Basically, MHz = FPS. The higher the refresh rate, the more smooth your display. Higher refresh rates are also easier on the eyes and often provide a sharper image.

Thanks AT, I figured lower is better, it would only make sense but then again I can hardly see a difference between Unreal Tournament 2k4 @ 800x600 vs. 1600x1200, which is pretty sad concidering that's doubling the resolution. Since .20 dpi monitors are priced very nicely I'd just as soon get one of those. I'm basing the bandwidth comment off of this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824001166
 
My 13" (snort, chuckle, I know) monitor can only do 60hz at any resolution but I got used to it. I wonder what would happen if I entered values like 85hz and 1600x1200 on it when it doesn't even go past 1280x1024, that would be a sad sight.
