My laptop crashed and my external hardrive was connected to it. When the laptop restarted, I wasnt able to get into anything in my external hardrive. There is only one huge file with a weird name USBC ó±. which wont open. I know everything is still in there because of the size of it but all my folders are gone. Please help me. I have irreplaceable family pictures in there and dont have extra copies, I need to recover it! Any ideas?
