I was trying to remove my power supply earlier so that I know what I'm doing when I actually get round to buying my new one and I discovered that the 20 pin connector wouldn't come out... Do I need to take it in to a pc place to get this done or am I missing something obvious (or worse is it going to be impossible to change because Packard Bell have stuck it in or something).
I tried everything with the key and it seemed to come loose but the connector still wouldnt come out.
    Thanks for your help.
