I was trying to remove my power supply earlier so that I know what I'm doing when I actually get round to buying my new one and I discovered that the 20 pin connector wouldn't come out... Do I need to take it in to a pc place to get this done or am I missing something obvious (or worse is it going to be impossible to change because Packard Bell have stuck it in or something). I tried everything with the key and it seemed to come loose but the connector still wouldnt come out. Thanks for your help. Chris
the connector will be somthing like this can you see the little clip at the top could you please post a pic of the back of your PC, because it may be that you cannot upgrade your PSU
