How to wake up sleep mode?

Hello All

My notebook is change to sleep mode and can't wake up.And the power button is blinking blue from my notebook. I'm moving the mouse and do anything on my keyboards won't work.How can I fixed this problem?Sleep mode can be data lost?
 
make sure it has enough battery charge to wake up. plug in the adapter and try it again. if it doesnt work, you can try to do a hard shutdown. just hold down the power button till the computer turns off
