Well i went over to my friends house and he has some HP computer that says it has 1 gb ddr ram, amd athlon 64 3500+, and in my comp is says the CPU is running at 1.77 ghz, and has like 890 something amount of mem. The computer isnt more than a couple months old. Is windows just not reading the sytem right or is it underclocked for some reason.
Can you check if Cool N' Quiet is one of its features? If it is enabled in BIOS, you'll get that speed reading. As for the amount of memory, it could be because it's using shared memory with the video.
