Hi, I am having problems with my HP d530 pc.. Today I went to boot it up, and it just sits there with no POST or any video at all. If the cd drive or HDD is connected, the hdd light will stay solid. If you unplug them, it will boot but will do nothing. There are two capacitors with tops that are slightly raised but I don't think that's the problem. What else can the problem be?
