Hi,

After installing printer it will print. Turn the computer off and on again then the printer will not respond at all. All it will say document pending but nothing will happen. Updated drivers, same response. Running XP.

Can anybody help?

Hi mate,

Have you got more than one printer installed? or the same printer installed twice by miskate? when you restart/shutdown your computer it might revert back the another printer as a default. if you have another printer installed id suggest removing it or entering the properties of your current printer and setting that one as default

Have you tried running it off a different USB port?

When you reboot, does it show up when you go to Start/Settings/Printers ?
