Hello! I picked up an HP Pavillion a6000 that had a bad motherboard. I ordered a new one and made sure that the CPU and RAM from the old MoBo was going to fit but I didn't take one specific into account. Now to my problem: I guess HP uses a proprietary connection for the Power Button / Light / HD Light. Is there an adapter that I can get so I can plug in the original piece to the MoBo or do I need to bust out my splicing gear and figure out which wire does what? I hope I am not reposting an easy problem. I have spent a little time searching the internet and other forums with nothing...
