But im mostly concerned with the Graphics card's length with the case I'm pretty sure all the other components will fit I know it is a micro atx case however it does support full power supplies I am replacing all the fans with the scythe 120mm fans that are around 86cfm I think 2 one each side and one in the back will be more that sufficient for air flow..
    any thing im missing folks?

That setup should be alright but is there any reason your using Micro ATX? I would use normal ATX cause you get more space.

    Cheers

Well there is one or 2 reasons

The main one being portability. Lan parties etc..
and the second one that board has a built in OS in it I wanted to check out.

I just wish it supported more ram

    Thanks alot for the help
