I Need Some Help

    i just got the SAPPHIRE Radeon 9600XT ATLANTIS RADEON Video Card and im getting ready to install it.

    1. how do i disable all my onboard video bullcrap so there are no conflicts?
    2. i always here you guys talking bout overclocking and hardware tests, what the hell are u guys talkin bout? do u use a program or something?

    some steps to follow >
    set resolution to 640x480, uninstall onboard video card through device manager, turn off and install new card, start computer and go into BIOS and advanced settings or onboard devices there will be the option to turn the onboard crap off-do that, restart again and load windows, it'll detect the new card and proceed to install new drivers!
    You dont have to worry about overclocking unless your really into it!

    last time a bought a card i basically followed all those steps exactly and after being installed..when the pc was on after 16mins the screen would go black and after like 2 mins it would just restart itself so lets see what happens this time. THANKS PELVIS!!!
