I am going to build this:

Intel Q6600 G0 stepping with Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme
    ASUS P5K Premium(or Deluxe?)
    XFX 8800GTX 768MB
    Coolermaster IGreen 600W PSU
    Corsair (2x2GB) DDR2 800MHz XMS2 Non-ECC Unbuffered CL4(4-4-4-12) DHX (or TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF?)
    150GB WD Raptor
Coolermaster CM690 Dominator Black Mid Tower Case

    What do you think?
    Is it compatible?
    Is it well balanced?
    Any suggestions how to improve?
Stay on ASUS Premium or go for Deluxe? Corsair XMS2 or dominator?

    Many thanks!

    It should work fine.

Do you plan on sticking with the single 8800GTX or running SLI? That can affect the motherboard choices.

Have you considered the Gigabyte P35-DS3 or Abit IP35 series?

Again, the build looks fine, but you might want to check out some other options if you haven't already.

Yup, I agree with B, especially on the IP35 Pro recommendation. I have a lower-end (non-SLI) version of the AMD-build of the same board. It's fast, inexpensive, and rock-solid. If you want to save a few bucks, you might want to look into G.Skill brand RAM. They're an up-and-comer, but their quality is excellent and their prices are really low at this point. My rig is using 8gb of G.Skill RAM, and I only paid about $200 total for all of it.
