Installing a Printer without the disk...

Hi, I have a Dell laptop, and a Dell printer. I lost the installation disk so I'm trying to install in manually. When it asks to pick the make and model of the printer from a list, Dell doesn't show up. What should I do?:doh::doh::doh::doh:

Check out Dell's support site for drivers - You should be able to download the same program which is on the disk supplied with the printer or at least a designated driver.

Go to Dell's site and there, go to 'Drivers and Downloads' or Support and then Drivers adn downloads. Follow the on screen instructions to identify your product. There are plenty of helpful tips dotted around the place (at least on the UK site...).
