    I am currently writing a lvm on raid tutorial and i am trying to make it cover every major distribution, part of the tutorial is installing the packages you need to follow it! Unfortunetly, I only know how to install packages in Debian based distributions...

    [formatbox=Debain]
    as root / sudo apt-get install mdadm lvm2
    [/formatbox]

    Why not install VirtualBox-OSE and install each distro you want to include, then run through the process on each?
