internet dropping out

    my partners internet keeps droping out we both use the same modem yet my internet works perfect is there someway i can find out what the cause is thanks scruff148

    A little bit more info would be nice.. Are you guys on the same router ? Is this
    DSL or dialup ?

    the problem has been solved it was caused by my web toolbar for some unknown reason thanks for your reply
