Internet Signing On

When i try to connect to my internet (i have netzero 3g) it always says that it cant connect due to a 720 error but if i just keep closing it and trying over and over agian sometimes it works. Any ideas how i can fix this problem and just have it connect every time.

Whats your version of Windows and what exactly is the error msg? And what exactly is this internet service? Dialup? I dunno what netzero 3g is...
