internet traffic

    any know of a program that can tell me what is going to and from my computer becuase for some reason when im downloading some things i get speeds about 1/2 of normal speeds but if i stop it and try later it may or may mot go at full speeds im pretty sureit not the servers becuae my internet connection is only 256kbs up and im not running anything else (that i know of) and dont have any autoupdates on becuase i hate them when im gaming and boom lag spikes for me so i turn them all off im scaning for virsus now but i try a day or 2 ago and nothing showed up

    on windows from a command prompt

    netstat -a


    will list all active connections

    Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
