Is 450W enough

i was wondaring if a 450w power supply is ok if i upgrade from what i have to.
its a EZ cool

Q6600
2gb drr2 667 RAM
8800 gts/gtx
5 fans
harddrive and cd/dvd drive

that just depends, what PSU model, as some 300W PSUs are better than some 500W PSUs, EZ cool are a decent brand, however, PSUs can only supply a percentage of the quoted PSU rating

BTW: it will probably say the % on the PSU or on an online review, what model is the PSU ?

Wattage doesn't mean much. For the 8800's, nVidia's requirements include 30A on the 12V rail (or via combination when using multiple +12V).
