i have just looked in genie bios settings, these are my settings.

clock settings in genie bios settings are at default, the cpu voltage is at 1.3875, ram is at 2.6 and agp voltage is at 1.5volt

auto detect pci clk is enabled

    spread spectrum is disabled

when i overclock the cpu over 3.2ghz, the computer shuts down before i can even get onto windows, also, when i overclock the cpu, the ram speeds get higher too, is there anyway to stop the ram speeds form changing?

    They look ok to me.

You can use an asynchronous mode between your RAM and FSB, which means that your RAM will stay at one speed separate from the FSB.

The ascynh mode should be somewhere in advanced chipset options.
