    i have this

    amd 3500+ cpu
    water cooling
    1 gig cosiar etreme memery
    1 gig gf 7950 gx2 vid card
    asrock sata 2 mb
    antec 500wtt neo ps

    i get 5900 score in 3d mark 06 ive seen others with higher scores but im just not sure if theres anything i should be doing to make it faser thnx

    What settings are you using and what specs are you comparing it to? 3DMark 06 is pretty new. 3DMark is known to be affected by wether the chipset drivers for the motherboard have been installed or not.
    Secondly, there is no game based on the engine used by 3DMark, so in terms of real-world performance measurement, it's worthless. If you're having performance problems in, say, FEAR or Doom 3, that'd be reason to worry.

    That system should be able to handle pretty much anything that you throw at it.

    Just standard settings i guess and im comparing to other 3dmark scores out there with similar specs im just woreied ive spent so much money and it aint runing rite also what other benchmark programs should i use and where i get them from if 3dmark aint that good

    Make sure all the correct drivers are isntalled as BigB said, and after that try using a benchmark like aquamark 3 which is old, but still puts strain on the graphics card.
