    Hi Guys...

I'm looking to buy a new desktop for myself and I need help in deciding what would be the best rig for the kind of work I'll be doing. The main purpose I would use this PC for would be 3D animation development, movies, music, internet and sometimes games. Please also check whether the parts I've chosen are compatible with each other. Thanks

    CPU: Intel C2D 2.93 Ghz
    Mobo: Intel DG-41RQ
    HDD: 320GB WD
    RAM: 2GB Kingston
    Cabinet: iball I612 New
    GPU: Nvidia Geforce 9600GT 1GB
    Speakers: Iball Tarang 2.1
    Keyboard/Mouse: Iball Shiny Deskset
    Monitor: 20" LG
    UPS: 550VA APC

Thanks...Let me know what you think of this.:D

Can't tell if the parts will go together (since you didn't supply what kind of CPU and RAM exactly are those), but there's a easy way that I usually use - on the motherboards manufacturer website there will be CPU and RAM support sheets which list the A/N's for all supported units. But that system looks OK. It won't be blazing fast, though, but it's adequate in my opinion.
