Is this vid card... nVidia Geforce FX5500 256MB AGP Video Card 5500 256 V19

compatible and will it work fine with... a Dell Dimension XPS T600 (a 600Mhz PC) with a AGP Slot-version 1.0, AGP Bus Speed 66 or 133 MHz, and originally delivered with a 32 Mb Diamond Viper770 graphics card?

Also, will the TV Out support both PAL and NTSC signals?

I'm thinking not. the FX5500 was AGP 3.0 spec, which puts it compatible with AGP 2.0 spec, but not 1.0...which includes voltage differences.

TV-out supports either PAL or NTSC, but not both simutaneously...at least from what I've seen. You *might* have a jumper that can switch the TV-output between NTSC and PAL, but that's about it. Even then, I don't think it's very common.
