    Hey guys!
First time poster, first time listener here! So I'm trying to do the very awesome fish tank computer project by and I decided to start with some old hardware. I pulled out my old eMachines T4155 which has a VC31 1438 mobo in it. I've wired up everything, fitted the mobo, cut the top, all done. The problem is now when I boot the machine up it powers up and the fans spin when I don't have the 4pin 12v ATX attached and when I do the fans refuse to start up along with the whole machine. Now my concern is that I've wired up a 4 pin molex to the 4 pin ATX connector because the PSU I used didn't come with the eMachine(that's loooong since gone).

So my question to you guys is this! If i've got a molex that's yellow black black red...and I wire the blacks together and the yellow and the red to the yellow on the ATX...what did I do wrong? I've flip flopped the red and yellow between the two yellows on the ATX but no luck...is there something i'm missing?

    Thanks!
