Just a few movies Ive seen lately...

A new addition....

The Grudge: Saw the movie tonight with my gf and some other friends. Wasnt bad, wasnt great. The movie was a lot like The Ring. It was very predictable even from scene one. I wont give examles and ruin the movie but just know that most of the scenes are very predictable. I would recommend seeing it because its a good movie overall with a few creepy parts.
 
Go and see Team America World Police it is so funny. Trust me it is worth the money to go see the movie. I have seen it twice becuase i had to take my good freinds because it was so good. :good: nija did you find the chinese dude to be the most funny.
 
I watched the 1995 film johnny nmemonic last night and it was crap. Keanu Reeves was too aggressive and wasn't like his matrix character.
 
Saw The Last Samurai the other day. Frickin' awesome, and from the reasearch on feudal Japan, the portryal of the samurai life was correct (atypical of Hollywood).

White Noise - Not a bad movie. It definitely did not live up to its hype. The reviews make it look a lot better than it actually is. If you like predictable, not-so-scary movies, then go for it!

In Good Company - Ya, ya. Its a chick flick I know. The gf made me go I swear. It actually wasnt horrible. Not bad overall, funny in a few parts, lame in many others.

Meet the Fockers - Hilarious. Simply put. Whether youve seen the prequel, Meet the Parents, this film is worth seeing. The whole film is full of laughs. It almost should be rated R for the use of the word "Focker" but I guess they got away with PG-13 since it is an O and not a U. Check it out, its well worth the money

Closer - A friend of mine, who is a girl just not a gf, made me go see it. Anyways, enough with the excuses. This movie is basically a porn-o without nude scenes. Its so incredibly dirty its almost disgusting even to a 16-year old, almost 17, male teenager! The F-word is thrown around like a baseball. Not so sure I would recommend it.

Collateral Awesome movie. Incredible plot and great sound. Very action packed. It constantly is pushing you to the edge and then slapping you in the face to sit back and relax. Hell of an ending but make sure not to miss the beginning in order to understand the end.

Minority Report Another great movie. Interesting plot, full of action. Very well thought out. I enjoyed it a lot. Strongly recommended!

Anchorman - Another hilarious film. Will is a funny, funny guy. Great actor, fits the character perfectly. If youre looking for a good laugh, I recommend this movie strongly.

Dodgeball - Yet again, a hilarious movie. Surprisingly, it has incredible sound. Filled with piss-you-pants scenes. Its predictable but in a funny way. Recommended for sure!

U-571 - Good movie, boring in some parts but action-packed in others. Recommended for those rainy days.

Gothika - Good, yet predictable. Some freaky parts that get your heart pumping but no crap-your-pants scary parts. A good movie to watch with a chick/gf. Theyll be sure to grab a hold of you and never let go yet its not so scary that theyll go running off after slapping you.
 
I watched the Man with No Name trilogy the other day. 3 great films but i feel that the third (the good the bad and the ugly) is the best,if a little long. Clint Eastwood is a legend!
 
Anyone seen Man on Fire or Passenger 57? Ive got em both sitting on my shelf waiting to be watched. Are they worth it or should I pass?
