    Hi
I have alot of Audio CDs and old vinyls which my friends borrow, i cannot keep a record of what goes and what comes back. I was wondering if there is any program which will help me to do this.

You could do it with a spread sheet, just add the item to the list when it is borrowed

    1st colum: cd/vinyl
    2nd colum: date borrowed
    3rd colum: Date returned

Sort the spreadsheet by the 3rd colum, and the rows will be organised so that the non-returned items are bunched together.

you could even sort by date returned and then date borrowed to show which ones have been out of your collection longest.

if you need an office suite use OpenOffice , its free! (and just as good as, if not better than MS Office)

    CDTracker.

    For DVD's, there's DVD Profiler.
