I didn't do a whole lot, but the front grill was there already, and I figured it'd look sweet to have a couple of LED fans right behind it.
The stacks at the top are some faux exhaust pipes for cars and I was planning on using them in conjuntion with another project, but I slapped these on at the last minute.

I've got a couple of green CCFL's in the rig as well.

Other than looks, no. Everyone almost seems to really like that. It was a last minute thing I slapped on. I got 'em at Wal-Mart in their auto section.
