i think your best bet would be to go to somewhere like Curry's or Comet and look in the television section to see if there's a television with a DVI/VGA input...then if there is look on the net for a good deal/full specs

hmmm, but if it did have dvi/vga input, how would i link it to the computer? as there would have to be a special cable that has both male pins on them would there?

they may provide you with a cable, or you may have to buy one, but with my LCD screen there is a cable and the connector on the screen is the opposite to the end of the cable which isnt connected to the computer, they wouldn't set it up to mess things up with connectors i dont think, with most CRT monitors the cables runs directly into the screen and you cant disconnect it, but TFT/LCD screens cables can be disconnected and have connectors like those on your video/graphics card, i'm not sure whether they would be male/felame but if the TV comes with a cable for PC connection it will have the right connectors....if not then you'd need to get an adapter but it shouldn't be a problem

lol well look around and dont worry about the connectors and cables, you can always buy adapters/connector changers
