On one of our computers, running WinXP, when we try to boot it up, everything
seems to work normally, except the screen doesn't show anything.
Well, it shows a black screen with a (moving) white rectangle in it with red text saying "No Video Input".
This is with a Philips 19 inch LCD screen. ( PHILIPS 190C6FS )
I checked all of the cables and plugs (except inside the case), which should be fine, did a couple
of reboots and at one time it worked normally again. But today when someone
tried to boot it up again, the same "no video input" message appears.
What could be the cause of this and how to solve it?
