Well, I decided I would push more out of my card. I am quite newbie when it comes to overclocking. With Nvidias nTune, I chose the find optimal setting. It went from 513/700(700 something) to 646/1019. I did this before I did fine tuning for the motherboard and cpu etc.

    Questions
    1. Is 646/1019 too much from the current 513/700something?
    2. Should I do fine tuning of the motherboard/cpu etc before overclocking the video card?
    3. Also, should I put more voltage into a certain thing? If so which? :)
    4. Any other suggestions?

    Thanks alot

Well, overclocking involves a bit of luck, so certain settings may work fine for one person and be too high for the next.

1.)Maybe. Snag something like 3DMark06 and set it up so that when you run the demo, it loops itself. Leave that on.
2.)It really doesn't make a difference, but just do one at a time.
3.)When overclocking the CPU, you only increase the voltage if it's needed. The need would be when it's failing in a stress test. For single core CPU's, something like Prime95 or StressPrime are great. For multi cores, you'll need to run an instance of these programs for each core. Alternatively, look for a program called Orthos. Here you want to make sure they run for at least 24 hours without errors. If not, then you'd increase the voltage by the smallest increment available.
For RAM, you'll want to obtain Memtest86. CD or floppy, your choice on the image to download. You'll need to boot off of this and let it run 3-8 hours. Again, no errors is the goal. If you do, increase the voltage by the smallest increment and test again.
You'll want to run Memtest first, as memory errors will affect Prime and Orthos.

4.)Go slowly and test the overclock thoroughly. Just because you get into Windows does not mean the overclock is stable. Same thing with the video card in gaming.
Keep an eye on your temperatures. Anything under 50*C is ideal for a CPU, but you'll need to look at stronger cooling if you're seeing close to 60*C. Pay attention to it under load, like when you're stress testing it.
Just because someone hit a certain overclock with their equipment doesn't mean you will. It can give you an idea of where you will probably hit, but no guarantee.

My 8800GTS is currently maxed at 620/980.
