Ok, i allready know what i want, just not which one(s) im looking for suggestions! (i currently have accounts on www.overclockers.co.uk & www.microdirect.co.uk) Im planning to get a new: - power supply (currently using the one that came with the case!) >>> Needs Sata power connectors + loads of Molex plugs >>>Support for PCI-e would be usefull for future upgrades was thinking about one of theese http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Hiper.html -More RAM, Currently have 512 MB DDR 3200 (2x 256 MB) >>> how much more? Im playing Source games (HL2, CS etc) + Guild wars, just looking a little extra 'ooompf' (as lost Coast recomends 1GB, so im guessing all the HDR enabled games are going to need 1 GB+) -a nice big comfy chair, looking to spend <=45 on this My computa specs are in the link on your left *edit* I have £150 in total, but the longer i wait the more of that cash is going to be spent on drink, fags, food etc *edit*
hi, i have the blue, 580w hiper psu, its very very nice, and i built my friends pc a few weeks ago and used the type r one, (the same). the cables are braided, uv reactive, support pci express, up to 4 sata drives, and 8 other devices, trust me, its an excellent psu, with looks to match!
ok, the PSU has been choosen Can anyone recomend a supply for a REALLY BIG COMFY chair? the sort that managers have (Big back, massive arm rest's etc). im not wanting to spend tooo much (and i know u must be able to get them cheaper than argos, cos there a rip off on everything!) Ram's another question, i have 2 spare slots so i will buy ram after everything else (as my computa does run good as it is)
Whatever you do about the chair, I really suggest you dont order it online. I'd go to some local store that sells that sort of stuff and try em out. It'd really suck to get a chair based on what someone else has found comfortable.
No joke. The worl'd most comfortable chair for a 2 meter tall person would probably be close to unusable for a 1,6 meter tall person. (unless its the marshmallow kind!)
I just thought of this. Why not go to yard sales? I have a chair in my room so comfortable I fall asleep in it and miss school sometimes. It cost $8.
Thanks Byrnie, but thoose sites sell in dollars and wont ship to the UK and cash has now beacome an issue, ive sorta got my spending under control.... btu ive also decided that i want to build a xbox beowulf cluster, with 3 xbox's (ive managed to get one for £40)
