I assume you mean text, not next What i do is create a new layer, then with the rectangle marquee tool, drag a thinish rectangle the length of the sig. The height is down to personal preference, but i like the line pretty small. Fill it with a colour then go edit>>stroke and add a stroke. lower the opacity and then rub out what you don't want to add effect. You can add things like "conte crayon style" and stuff, but thats the basic idea. might do a tut.
