Linux doesn't recognise all my RAM

Problem solved! I updated Mandriva to the latest desktop kernel, then install the latest version of the graphics card drivers (fxgrl or something).

All is working now, but I'm still wondering if my RAM will get worse. I'll just wait and see.

Well, it won't get better! If you don't correct it, you will eventually have corrupted data on your hands, without a doubt. Better to deal with it sooner than later.
