I have the G15 keyboard and it just started giving me problems. The problem is the play/pause button does not work for WMP if the window is minimized. If its open (i can see it) then the button works fine. This keyboard is less than a year old and its the first time ive had a problem with it. I think i can rule out a connection problem since it does work, just not when WMP is not in my view. The only option i wont do is System Restore. I put in a new program and make new settings like twice a day so... no. Do u think un-installing and re-installing will work? I just installed Go to my pc, it seems to of stopped working around that time, would that be the problem? (and i love go to my pc, unfort. im dreading the day this free trial runs out, dammit why cant it be free )
Hmm a strange problem. I know that winamp has a 'global hotkeys' function that I personally make use of, thus never having to have the focus on the player. Which version of WMP are you using? Sure try a re-install of it see if it fixes anything, also remove it from C:\Documents and Settings\<your name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Media In fact i'd try this first and see if it resets something in wmp and gets you going again
Thanks, im running WMP 11 and i just un-installed and re-installed the software and nothing. I would un-install the keyboard drivers but it doesnt seem to be listed in Device Manager. Under keyboard i get my 2 other keyboards and then where this should be, i get 2 HID keyboard Device listings. I also tried clearing out its folder under local settings and nothing. When i do press pause, u can hear it skip, like its about to pause but then just keeps on going. So know i guess ill just have to live with it
