What happened to our mods? I know we had more than just Waffles and Syngod (who do a great job by the way). Is it because AT is now an Admin or was there just no longer a need. Perhaps ninja or Addis could use a promotion
AT got promoted to admin, me and syngod are still mods. Procal declined the priveliges because of his life , and harrack is never around.

Well all I know is you guys do a great job, I did read about ProcalX Giving up his position and Harrack posted a thread a while ago i think about not being around.
Basically, those mods have other things in their life that they needed to attend to. We're not about forcing anyone to remain on staff instead of concentrating on other aspects of their life. AT is one of the admins due to his extensive Linux knowledge, which isn't the strong point of Sniper or myself. I don't think we'll be adding any more admins at this point. Mods yes, but we'll appoint people who we feel will work best for the forums. We have been discussing some new mods, but we're not about to simply toss anybody in just to fill a vacancy. We have never made a snap decision on our staff members. We take a long look at someone before offering them a position as they reflect both HWF and Zone365. Someone will be found, it's just a matter of time, but we probably will have 1-2 new mods before the year is out. The staff size will be determined by the traffic we get here and how much enforcement is needed.
