wtf does OTE stand for? Its usually attached to sales jobs so doesnt matter too much to me but what does it mean? DOE is another.

dunno, but a quick google revelled a few results, the most applicable is: On-Target Earnings, DOE = Depending On Experience[ot]but i could be wrong[/ot]BTW: add acronym finder to your bookmarks
 
Nice one donkey, you probably hit the nail on the head there. If I dont understand the job description then maybe the job isnt for me!

not necessarily, they always put loadsa crap on stuff, like when i ordered some DVD +RW disks, they rang me to confirm which disks i wanted, but the guy on the other end of the phone didn't have a clue what he was selling[ot]good job i knew what i was buying, thanks to HWF[/ot]if you don't know what an acronym means, that's why the net is here, a good place to start is by typing: define: <anything> into google
