It's as Addis says very cheap for a 19", i would expect another £150 on top atleast for an average 19", personally it doesn't look to great, it is for the money, but for the money you might as well buy your self one really really really good 17" LCD, they are still huge anyway.
Both myself and Extreme have very good TFT's, i had a 20.1" but it's slightly damaged - the fuse went in the power cord and i replaced it with a 3Amp instead of 13 :good: so i think i just need to get a new fuse but none the less..
Anyway that TFT is a nice screen, however its 25MS response time, that means that it responds about 25 mili seconds (minimum) to what ever you do on screen, which when playing a DVD in a scene with huge battles or playing a large out door game e.t.c you would notice something called Ghosting, this is where the response time is slightly to slow for whatever the screen is doing, so it's trying to catch up, subsequently it kind of repeats itself..
none the less 25MS is still fine, but for that price you could get a 16MS TFT (much better) for around the same price.
If your interested, via my work suppliers i can get you a:
Unbranded 17" LCD TFT Screen
Max Res 1280 x 1024 @70Hz (very good)
Contrast Rate Type: 450:1
Horizontal Frequency: 31.5 ~ 80kHZ
Vertical Frequency: 60 ~ 75Hz
Response Time: 16MS
And it comes with 2 x 2Watt built in speakers (which u can disable v.easily)
Comes with a 3 Years On-Site-Service Warranty, comes with user Manual CD, power cable, ac/dc adapter, signal cable, audio cable.
all for £165 + Vat & Delivery :good:
So for an extra £50 you could buy 2 and run Dual 17" LCD TFT Flat Screens like me! - It's via a company called OfficeLine that we use, i know the manager personally - very reliable.
If your interested PM me, although you will have to get an Adult to contact them (sorry not trying to be offensive, I have to keep my reputation with them up)
If you don't want that and you want something bigger have alook at these:
LG L1915S - £290 Including vat (12MS! Response time! - Pretty Awesome)
Samsung SM-910N 19" - £320 Including Vat
Personally i would just buy a really nice high quality 17" monitor with a 12MS response time capable of 1600x1200 resolutions.
