Make sure your Windows XP is upto date with all the latest Microsoft Updates

and make sure all your Microsoft Office is upto date with all the latest Microsoft Updates:
MS Office Update

Then try again, once you have downloaded ALL[/B the available updates.
 
Followed your advice & I am certain that Win XP & Office 200 are uptp date. Alas this has not cured the problem. Just tried to get help from Word and that is NOT working either!

Please Help.
 
hi i also have this problem, but it is part of a lot of really frusrtating problems, i also cannot open certain links on websites eg ( bank, online betting account) and links on other sites, they just wont open. if i right click and open in new window, a ' page cannot display ' message appearson the bottom of the window i get a ' jave script () noscript' message and nothing happens, also my sound has gone from my computer, i have tried all the usual, do a spreaker test and a crackling sound is audible, but no other sound on my machine. i think all these problems are linked in some way, as they all happened the same time could it be possible i have a virus which is doing nasty things to my software. any ideas lads, sorry to hijack your post a bit
