Hi Di Hi, Seem to be unable to solve this problem & wondered if anyone has seen or heard of a patch to sort it ? We are using the XP (Pro) O/S, the problem in using Lotus Approach is that using the smart Icon for single entry movements with a mouse click causes the single entry movement to jump between 5 & 9 entries rather than the desired single entry I have found that using the Page Up/ Page Down keys on the keyboard work to the desired affect so they are an option, its just so dammed annoying Any clues anyone please ?
