Crucial's Ballistix line or Corsiar's XMS2 seem to be the most widely used. PC2-6400 would be a good starting place if you're looking to overclock (I'm kinda assuming you are, given the DFI LP board).

Since you'll need 2 equal sticks of RAM to take advantage of the dual-channel memory function widely in use--including on your motherboard--you're better off purchasing a memory kit with two sticks instead of a single 1GB stick.
