We'll I can't say that comes as a surprise, even if he was convicted it would only be for a few months I'll bet, I'm sure he could afford to tone that down too. I don't know the case enough to say if I agree with this or not but I do at least think he was cable of it.
I reckon he didnt do it. I mean think about it, if your kid (brother,sister,cousin even friend) had been molestered you wouldnt take any amount of money as compensation, you'd want him behind bars. Because people saw that kids had drained money out of Wacko they had a go themselves. I think he was rightly cleared,
That's a good point, guess you have a pretty good handle on the case. And even if he was convicted I'd say the parent who let their kid go over there in the first place should be put in the same place, honestly who lets their kids hang out, and "spend the night" with older men. At least Jackson was pretty cool in the 80's.
nah, I reckon he did it. Some of it is hyped up media bull, but looking at him...come on... Lock him, throw away the key and let us get on with life. You know the reason he was let off was the fact he was a big music star, no doubt about it. Sure, parents are horrified, as are most people, but at the end of the day, are you really going to throw an incredibly respected and talented 'man' into prison? Unlikely.

Remember you are "Innocent until proven guilty" he wasn't proven guilty so he is innocent. I watched every single reconstruction of the trial, just from (which is not allot, compared to what the jury had) that imho you can't convict him. Yeh sure he's a weirdo/wacko but a child molester? I think not. Was the family out to get money? Yes, from looking at the previous court cases in which the family members have lied. Remember the family can still make millions selling their story to the media…
Jackson is a wierdo, no doubt, and likely, he probably did do some of the things, but I think the family going after him were gold-diggers. The problem is, the prosecution wasn't able to obtain believable witnesses that were honest. I'm hoping that this will be the last trial we have to see forever.
