Microsoft updates for Vista questions.

Hi All
After owning a pc for a year I am noticing more and more updates for example 5 updates for jarva. 2 updates on visual C++2005/2008 ect. i have turned off auto update but how do you define updates that you really should have and the unimportant ones. and by removeing some of these will it cause problems. Any info would be appreciated

Hi, what operating system you using?

In vista you can fiddle about with the settings to some degree.

I would install java updates
