microsoft visual c + + runtime library error

when i am browsing with IE i get a microsoft visual c + + runtime library error, that states abnormal program termination and then shuts down all windows. wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?
 
there could be a number of reasons; IE could corrupted itself or a possible conflict with another program!

First try the program from here http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm or download the attached file!

Even if you do get it fixed, please try [link=http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/]FireFox[/link] much better than IE!

ok i downloaded firefox, it works good. but i am wondering now if my firewall is working with it. thanks
i decided to uninstall IE and then reinstall, see if that fixes the problem.
