Last time my monitor failed it was a nightmare, the problem was neer imposible to describe and seemed to fix itself when I sent it back to be repaired. I eventually had to orginise videoing of the monitor to record the problem. What do we think of the idea of a monitor and video card failure crib sheet that I could set up. A webpage containing list of youtube videos with descriptions next to them of what each problem represents, how much it costs to fix etc... from the normal flickery that could be a loose plug at the back to the most ornate and colorfull displays of failure.
