when i reboot my monitor will go blurry but that isnt what bothers me. What bothers me is that when I try to play heroes 3 my screen goes blurry and doesnt fix itself. By blurry I mean about half of the screen goes all wavy and moves up and down. Thank you in advance.
try lowering the refresh rate and resolution for the game to see if it helps, also update to the latest video card drivers.
also just to keep your monitor working good, demagnetize it once in a while, there should be a special button to do that. the monitors sometimes also get blurry from some cases of close EMI, try removing any electric devices other than the computer away from it such as pencil sharpeners, etc, and see if it works better
